Terms & Conditions


**Read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By submitting the Request Form to arrange an appointment, you declare your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether you read them carefully or not.**

Appointment Calls

You may arrange an Appointment Call with me. Before requesting an appointment, you must decide how long you would like your Live Session to be. There are three options for the length of your Live Session; you can request half an hour, forty-five minutes, or a one hour appointment. (A thirty minute session is usually best for first time callers.) The rate per minute is $3.99 USD, and your call may be extended for free ONLY if you qualify for current promotions. You must select and pay for your Live Session when you request the appointment--this procedure saves a great deal of time and makes scheduling an appointment much easier for you. Please keep in mind that PayPal offers several payment options and not all of them are instant. Your appointment cannot be scheduled until the payment goes through, so please allow the necessary time for your chosen payment option when you request your appointment. (For example, if it will take 4-5 business days for your payment to clear through PayPal, please request your appointment 6 days in advance.)

When you submit the Request Form and the payment for your Appointment Call, I will contact you via email to confirm your appointment or suggest alternate available times. When we have agreed upon an appointment time, your appointment is Scheduled. You will receive a confirmation email and I will call you at the Scheduled Time; long distance charges are covered in the cost of your live session. If you are not available at the appointment time (I will make two attempts to call you at the Scheduled Time), you will be billed the Rescheduling Fee and need to schedule another appointment time.

There is a $20 Rescheduling Fee, and a 10 minute Rescheduling Bonus. When your appointment is Scheduled, you will need to pay a $20 Rescheduling Fee if you need to reschedule the appointment for any reason. You must notify me via email if you need to reschedule your appointment, and the $20 Rescheduling Fee will apply. In the event that I need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, your appointment call will be extended by 10 minutes to make up for any inconvenience to you.

You must provide the telephone number that you want me to call at the Scheduled Time. Please notify me via email PRIOR TO the Scheduled Time if you need to change the telephone number you will be available at.

Appointments are available during my regular business hours only. If you require a different time for your appointment, please contact me via email to discuss possible arrangements. The rates may be higher for alternate times, and some of these Terms and Conditions may not apply to your call.

Abusive callers will not be tolerated. If your language is offensive or you become abusive in any way during the appointment call, I reserve the right to discontinue the call without notice or refund. In most situations, I would ask an abusive caller to adjust their conduct before ending the call, but I reserve the right to end the call immediately. A follow up email will be sent to Abusive Callers. Abusive Callers will not be permitted to place follow up calls, and they will forfeit any and all payments that they have or will submit to me through PayPal for the purpose of receiving spiritual guidance or a psychic reading from me.

Payments will not be refunded for any reason after an appointment has been scheduled.
